The Panachê

A taste of French tradition that seduces everyone in all four seasons

An inspiration brought from France, the Demi Panachê is a unique, refreshing, and delicate drink created by the Carra Family, which has been working in the elaboration and production of beverages since 1648.

In France, there is a tradition of making a cocktail in the warmer months of the year, mixing beer and a lemon-based soft drink. This tradition, called panaché, ended up spreading across Europe in countries like Germany, Belgium, and Portugal.

Inspired by this tradition, the Carra Family created a drink that would be able to provide the same refreshing experience. However, it should be more refined and admired by an even larger number of consumers. A way of ensuring that good wine could be tasted throughout the year and on any occasion.

Demi Panachê was created from this inspiration, a fusion of wine, Sicilian lemon extract, and carbonated water. It is a variety of wine specially produced for the preparation of this delicious cocktail, created to surprise all tastes and provide a smooth refreshment.

It is an extremely versatile drink. It can be consumed at any time of the year and be served at any culinary event, with an appetizer at happy hour or with that fruit salad at the end of the afternoon.
